WE BELIEVE |
the holy scriptures to be the divinely inbreathed, infallible, inerrant, verbally inspired and absolute authoritative Word of God. |
| |
WE BELIEVE |
there is only one living and true God, eternal existent in three persons -- Father, Son, Holy Spirit. |
| |
WE BELIEVE |
in the literal creation of man by God. His fall and depravity through sin as recorded in Genesis. |
| |
WE BELIEVE |
the Lord Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. The scriptures declared His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, substitutionary work, and death on the cross, bodily resurrection from the dead, and ascension to the right hand of God. |
| |
WE BELIEVE |
the substitutionary blood atonement of the Lord Jesus Christ on the cross, once made, eternally all sufficient for the sins of all men, and the necessity of the new birth for every man. The inward evidence of salvation is a direct witness of the spirit. The outward evidence to all men is a life of righteousness and true holiness. |

WE BELIEVE |
the true church as an organism compose of justified believers, and not merely an organization. |
| |
WE BELIEVE |
the ordinance of baptism by immersion for the believers and the observance of the Lord's Supper. |
| |
WE BELIEVE |
divine healing is an intrical part of the Gospel. |
| |
WE BELIEVE |
the baptism of the Holy Spirit is obtainable by a definite act of appropriating faith on the part of the fully cleansed believer, and the initial evidence of the reception of this experience is speaking with other tongues, as the Spirit gives utterance. |
| |
WE BELIEVE |
in holy living as the scriptures teach a life of "holiness without which no man shall see the Lord" (Hebrews 12:14). |
| |
WE BELIEVE |
in the eternal blessedness of the redeemed in heaven and the eternal doom of the unregenerate in the lake of fire. |
